Riesling vom Kalkstein BiB

2,25 L

The vineyards for the Riesling vom Kalkstein are located in the north of the Palatinate, in the Mittelhardt-German Wine Route. Here, the soils are rich in limestone, which consists of marine sediments with skeletal fragments of marine organisms. This type of soil is relatively thin and porous, resulting in very fine and elegant wines.

The Riesling from limestone has a fine minerality and a slender body that provides finesse and elegance. With refreshing lemon and grapefruit aromas in its youth, the wine develops over time and shows aromas of baked apple, honey and ripe melon.
