Pinot Noir can be quite a temperamental grape but thrives on limestone soils in cool climates.

Thanks to the brief contact with the red grape skins, this Pinot Noir Rosé vom Kalkstein is a delicate pale pink in colour.

The nose reveals aromas of raspberry, watermelon, and pomegranate and these continue the palate. This dry rosé wine is elegant and vibrant on the palate with a crisp finish. Its fruitiness shows at its best when it is not chilled too much.
