Our philosophy of quality
The quality of our wines can be discerned through their full flavour, pleasing aroma and fresh colours. In all phases of wine production, we maintain a strict focus on national and international wine and food law, and abide by all applicable food standards.
Reh Kendermann is certified ‘Grade A’ by the British Retail Consortium Standard (BRC). In addition, our winery successfully passed the examination of the International Food Standard (IFS) at ‘Higher Level’. The criteria for this category are regarded as the strictest standards in the entire food industry. The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP) is also fully integrated into our quality assurance system. All wines in our organic range meet the requirements of ‘organic farming’ in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91.
